Which credit/debit cards accepted for payment online ?
We currently accept Master, Visa and Amex Cards only.
How do I make a booking for a group larger than 9 people ?
You can make two different bookings each booking consisting of 9 passengers.
Can I waitlist for a flight on the Maldivian website ?
No, Passengers booking online are guaranteed with a confirmed seat.
Can I make a booking without a Passport Number or National Identiy Card ?
A Passport Number is required for Foreigners and Maldivian nationals to make a booking on our international routes.Passport Number is required for Foreigners and National ID card for Maldivian nationals to make a booking on a domestic route. Please ensure that you have this information with you at the time of making the booking. However, if your current passport or National ID card is expiring prior to your travel and need to get your reservation updated with the new document number, please contact us on email@example.com or call +960 3335544
What should I do if i have not received my ticket after a sucessfull booking ?
Please check the inbox and junk folder of the email address you have provided during the booking. If not, we can help locate your booking. You can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your reservation details.
When I try to search for a flight, I am getting an error "Flight not Found", What do I do ?
You would get such a message when flights are unavailable for the period you have searched to travel. You can contact the nearest Maldivian Ticket Office for assitance in such cases or email email@example.com
I made a booking but my payment is not successfull, How do I find out if I am charged for this ?
Please check with your card issuing bank to confirm if a transaction has been processed in favor of Island Aviation Services Ltd and inform the same to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
