We recommend you keep the following in mind:

• For domestic flights Online check-in is available 12 hours prior to scheduled departure time and closes 04 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
• For international flights Online check-in is available 48 hours prior and closes 04 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
• Please collect your boarding passes at airport 1 hour before Scheduled Departure Time.
• It is mandatory to produce a boarding pass for security clearance and boarding.
• Kindly read the instructions printed on your boarding pass carefully.
• Maldivian reserves the right to change your seat in compliance with safety regulations, change in aircraft configuration or operational reasons.
• It is mandatory to produce a Web check-in boarding pass for security clearance and boarding.
• Please present your check-in luggage at the Bag drop Counter 01 hour before Scheduled time of departure.

Online check-in is not available:

• For unaccompanied minors (UMNR).
• If you have special service requirement such as stretcher or extra seats.
• For customers with a visual and hearing impairment.
• Industry discount standby tickets, upgrade vouchers and agent discount standby tickets.
