Trivandrum, India

Trivandrum now known as Thiruvananthapuram is the southern-most district found in the west coast of India close to the extreme south of the mainland. This city referred to by Mahatma Gandhi as the ‘Evergreen city of India’ is the district headquarters and the State capital of Kerala. Trivandrum, formed on seven hills, today has developed into a vibrant metropolis and is well connected by road, rail and air to most of the other key cities of India. The distinct charisma of Trivandrum is the amalgam of its traditional, colonial and modern components that make up the city, whether it is the cuisine, the architecture or the custom of its people.

Maldivian commenced operations to Trivandrum on January 25, 2008. Further in 2013, Maldivian started operations from Hanimaadhoo (North Maldives) to Trivandrum.
