The National airline of Maldives received the Airlines Reliability Performance Award 2019 for Outstanding Dispatch Reliability from Bombardier Inc for the eighth time. The Airline Reliability Performance Award is presented to the airline that holds their dispatch reliability at the 99 percent mark, with a minimum of technical faults throughout the year.  Maldivian won the award against Oceania countries under the Dash8 model aircrafts category.
