CONSTRUCTION OF MAAFARU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING EXTENSION THROUGH CONTRACTOR FINANCING
With reference to the Gazette Number: IAS/MIS/2025-1062 published by our company on 7 April 2025, please be informed that the requirement mentioned therein is being re-announced.
Island Aviation Services Ltd is seeking eligible proponents to submit their proposal for N. Maafaru International Airport Terminal Extension Through Contractor Financing Project as outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
We hereby invite eligible proponents to submit their expression of interest for the project briefly detailed below.
Project name: Construction of Maafaru International Airport Terminal Building Extension through Contractor Financing
Contract type: Contractor Finance Turnkey Project.
Scope. The scope of work of this project is to be completed in two stages
Stage – 1: Completion of construction of Two storey Terminal building (new building) as per the detail design provided.
Stage – 2: Alteration and additions of internal works of the existing single storey terminal building which is to be combined to two storey building.
Interested parties are requested to submit their completed Expression of Interest (EOI Form) included with this announcement. Deadline for EOI registration is 16 May 2025, 23:59hrs Maldives time (Time difference to GMT is +5 hours).

Mechanical , Electrical, Plumbing , Air-conditioning , Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm system , lightning protection system, CCTV and Access Control system is to be installed as per the drawing provided.

High End carpet flooring at specific areas (VIP Lounges) and remaining areas affected tiles area only required to be replaced with existing floor finish tile type.

Furniture and fittings
This Project is a lump sum project with priced Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Project price will be changed only if there is any design modification issued.
It is intended to start the construction work soon after awarding of the bid. Detailed Bid documents would be issued to interested parties only.
