Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, proudly inaugurated direct flights to Meemu Muli today, marking the first time the airline is operating to this picturesque atoll. The inaugural flight took place earlier today, during the Muli Airport Opening ceremony attended by the President of the Republic of Maldives, His Excellency, Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, along with other high-ranking government officials and dignitaries.

This new route launched today introduces a seamless 35-minute journey that significantly enhances accessibility to Meemu Atoll for both locals and visitors. The launch of this service underscores Maldivian’s ongoing commitment to improving regional connectivity and supporting economic and tourism growth across the Maldives.

Flights are scheduled to operate weekly on Saturdays, providing consistent and reliable service to the newly connected destination.
